This course will define what is a non-filer in the real world and what the IRS considers one. The attendees will learn about the IRS programs related to this topic. We will fully discuss how best to represent your “non-filer” clients.
This course has the tax laws applicable to the 2022 filing season, and it will be of great help to improve your tax learning. As soon as the tax season ends, the course contents will be updated with the IRS regulations for 2023. After that time, you will be able to access the live webinars or take the corresponding exams to obtain the continuing education hours with the IRS.

Jeffrey Schneider is an Enrolled Agent, (EA), a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist, (CTRS), Advanced Crypto Tax Expert, (ACT-E) and an NTPI Fellow. Jeffrey has been in the field of taxation for over 40 years beginning his career in the public sector and transitioned into private practice in 1999 when he founded SFS Tax & Accounting Services.
